How do you contact WM about the screwed up orders, if they're just gonna be automatically deleted/sent back?
Am I ever gonna get my copy or what(I don't understand why you would auto block incoming emails)?

I don't understand that point, sorry. You mean the WM team answered you with a blank message? If so, sorry for that but it seems odd.
Now the fact YOU have a spam filter that will block the answer is probably the reason you don't get any reply, please check your spam folder again.
