Is every treasure chest obtainable?

Is every treasure chest obtainable? I see some and I think to myself "Now how the hell am I suppose to get that?"

I am thinking that once I aquire things later in the game, I can come back and get them.

Some of them are sitting on ledges and stuff, and other than flying to it, or dropping down onto it from a level above, I have no idea how to reach it.

Dont worry about them now. Later in the game you will get options to go back and open them.

Those are just there to confuse and annoy you a little. While progressing through the game you may (or may not, so keep your eyes open!) learn the skills to access differently placed chests.
