component picture! what a difference!

i have a 32" flat screen tv and the game looks terrible. i will wind up finishing pier solar on a 10" crt (its all i got). It sucks us americans dont have scart. i would love to mod out my genesis to get better picture quality.

Just buy a scart cable and a scart to hdmi/component. Issue resolved and its about $110 to do so. It will allow any system to get good picture though.

No, it will not. Only systems with RGB output. And be sure to order a RGB scart cable, there are composit scart cables as well.

I looked it up, i can get a scart to hdmi converter for $55 shipped, and the scart genesis cable itself for about $12 shipped. Thats not nearly as bad as $110. i may very well do this when i get paid.
