Use the Software http://www.undercoverxp.tk/! It's the best Freeware Software for any kind of Cover printing!
No resize necessary!

Thanks for posting these! I was thinking about making my own and this will save me some time! I will still likely do my own revision to match the rest of my Sega CD DVD collection. I can post it here if you'd like.
